How do I wash my wig?
Always wash your wig in cool or cold water — never hot. Heat can damage synthetic fibers and change the style.
Here’s the easiest way to wash it:
- Fill a sink or bowl with cool water.
- Add a small amount of synthetic-safe shampoo.
- Gently place the wig in the water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Swish lightly — don’t scrub or twist.
- Rinse with cool water until clean.
- Apply a synthetic conditioner if desired, then rinse again.
- Place the wig on a wig stand to air-dry completely.
- Do not brush, blow-dry, or use heat while it’s wet.
Not sure what color to pick?
Choosing the right color can feel overwhelming, and we’re always here to help so you don’t have to deal with returning it later.
Send me a message with:
- A photo of your natural hair in natural lighting
- Any colors you love (or ones you want to avoid)
- The style you’re considering
I’ll help you match your shade and recommend the most natural options for your skin tone and preferences.
What is Density?
Wig density describes how much hair is on the wig — basically how thick or full the wig looks.
It doesn’t refer to the length or style, just how much hair is sewn into the cap.
- Light Density: very natural, low volume, “realistic scalp” look
- Medium Density: natural fullness with a little body (most wigs you sell)
- High Density: fuller, thicker, more volume and glam
Density helps customers choose whether they want a light, natural everyday look or a fuller, more voluminous style.
Can I Exchange for Another Color?
Yes — you can switch to another color, but it is processed as a return for store credit. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit gift card to use toward the new shade you want.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
To be eligible, the wig must be in brand-new condition:
- Lace uncut
- Zig-zag part intact
- No makeup, product, or smells
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included
Why Does the Color Look Different in Photos?
- Wig colors can look slightly different depending on lighting, camera settings, and your screen brightness.
- Outdoor light, indoor light, and softbox lighting all show color differently — even the same wig can look warmer or cooler based on the environment
- I always recommend looking at multiple photos and videos, especially ones taken in natural lighting. And if you’re unsure, message me — I’m happy to help color match so you get the perfect shade the first time.
What Does Pre-Order Mean?
Pre-orders are reserved for wigs that are either coming soon or are currently awaiting manufacturer restock.
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your wig before it becomes available again. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the approximate arrival date provided by the manufacturer.
Please note that manufacturer estimated dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
Pre-ordering is a great way to secure the style and color you want before it sells out.
Because pre-orders are specially reserved for you, pre-order purchases cannot be canceled once submitted. If a manufacturer is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to discontinuation or availability issues, store credit for the amount paid will be issued.
