Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Wigs must remain in factory-fresh condition, including:

  • Tags attached

  • Lace and zig-zag part intact

  • Not combed, brushed, shaken out, or restyled

  • Free from odors, buildup, or damage

  • Returned in the original or similar protective box

  • All included gifts or samples must also be returned

For hygiene reasons, items returned with perfume, smoke, or other odors cannot be restocked and will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit/gift card only.

Payment processing fees, shipping fees, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your store credit will be issued electronically.


Restocking Fees

A standard 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Returns that do not fully meet the return requirements may be subject to a higher restocking fee of up to 15% or more, or may be denied.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Holly Wigs Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact Holly@HollyWigs.com within 5 days of delivery.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Clearance / Holly Deals

  • Discontinued colors

  • Shampoo, conditioner, and wig care products

  • Wig grips

  • Accessories

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Black Friday sales

  • Human Hair products

  • Toppers

  • Live Deals

  • Gift cards

Color Changes & Exchanges

If you would like to switch to a different color, store credit will be issued once the original item is returned and passes inspection.

Because the wig has been tried on, exchanges cannot be made at the same value.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your store credit has been issued.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

After delivery, pre-orders may be returned for store credit if they comply with all return eligibility requirements.

If a manufacturer is unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees.

Return eligibility for international orders is subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
