Holly Wigs Boutique ships from both our boutique inventory and directly from select manufacturers.
Boutique Inventory
Items stocked by Holly Wigs Boutique are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Manufacturer Fulfillment
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on inventory location and availability.
Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items cannot be canceled once submitted.
Estimated restock dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice. Holly Wigs Boutique does not control manufacturer production schedules or shipping timelines.
Once a pre-order item arrives at the manufacturer or our warehouse, it will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Delivery Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
While we are happy to assist with tracking information, Holly Wigs Boutique cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been shipped.
Refused Packages
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions, any return shipping charges, customs fees, and carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Final Sale Policy
All international orders are final sale.
Due to the costs associated with international shipping, customs processing, and sanitary considerations, international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once shipped.
